Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-11-04

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReadyCheck (rdycheck.gg). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

Acceptance of these Terms

You must be at least 18 to accept these Terms. Creating a ReadyCheck account is your acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, or if you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the site.

Eligibility & age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to online services in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to create a ReadyCheck account. ReadyCheck is not a gambling operator: R-Coins, boosters, and predictions are virtual entertainment features with no real-money stakes or cash prizes. By using those features you confirm you meet the age requirement above. We may ask you to confirm your age and may restrict or close accounts that do not.

Description of the service

ReadyCheck is a fan platform for esports scores, statistics, streams, and tournament tracking, layered with optional gamification features: a virtual currency (R-Coins), collectible booster packs, and fixed-odds match predictions. These features exist purely for entertainment — ReadyCheck is not a gambling operator, a currency exchange, or a financial service, and nothing on the site should be treated as one.

Optional supporter plans are paid subscriptions for convenience and cosmetic perks. They do not sell R-Coins, they pay no cash prize, and they do not change card odds.

R-Coins have no real-world value

R-Coins are a virtual, in-app point system with no real-world monetary value. R-Coins:

• Cannot be purchased with real money — there is currently no way to buy R-Coins on ReadyCheck, and spending R-Coins on a booster pack only spends existing R-Coins, never real currency. If that ever changed, we would update these Terms and applicable disclosures before enabling it. • Cannot be redeemed, exchanged, cashed out, transferred to another user, or sold for real money or any other thing of value, on ReadyCheck or anywhere else. • Have no fixed exchange rate to any currency, cryptocurrency, or other asset. • May be reset, adjusted, or removed by us at any time, including to correct errors, abuse, or exploits, without compensation.

Any reference on the site to "betting", "odds", "pot", or similar language describes purely virtual mechanics settled in R-Coins — never real money.

A supporter subscription is not a purchase of R-Coins and does not give R-Coins, cards or cosmetics any cash value.

Booster packs & player cards

Booster packs are virtual, randomized collections of digital player cards. You obtain them by spending R-Coins you already hold, by claiming a free pack, or as a perk of a supporter plan. Rarities and odds are shown before you open a pack, and they are the same for every account, whether or not a plan is paid. A pack included in a plan is a perk of that subscription. It is not a separate paid draw, and paying never improves the odds. Packs and cards are licensed for use on ReadyCheck only. They are not property outside the platform, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything of value.

Supporter plans

ReadyCheck is free. Supporter plans (Pro, Pro+, Max) are optional monthly subscriptions that fund the site. The price pays for a digital service: more daily quests, one extra daily spin, no ads, profile cosmetics and, on Max, a Discord role and a weekly pack. A daily game pack of your choice is included as a perk. It is not sold on its own, it is not a cash prize, and it uses the same published odds as the same pack obtained without paying. Odds are shown before you open it. A plan never improves them.

Packs, cards, R-Coins, cosmetics and every other perk have no monetary value. They are licensed for use on ReadyCheck only. They cannot be sold, transferred or cashed out.

The price, the monthly period, automatic renewal and how to cancel are shown before you pay. The plan renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Access lasts until the end of the period already paid. A later change of price or perks applies only from the next renewal, and you can cancel before it starts.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you have 14 days to withdraw. Creating your account is your acceptance of these Terms. You confirm that you are at least 18, you ask for the plan to start as soon as you pay, and you acknowledge that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. If you withdraw while the right still applies, we refund the price of the period not yet used. The legal guarantee of conformity for digital services is not excluded. Virtual items are not refunded in cash, because they have no cash value.

You must be at least 18 to take a plan. By paying, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are allowed to use the payment method.

Market

The Market lets users list and buy cards from each other for R-Coins only. No real money is involved at any point. ReadyCheck does not offer, facilitate or tolerate any sale of cards, R-Coins, cosmetics or accounts for real money, on the site or elsewhere. A Market price is virtual and is not a real-world value. We may cancel a listing, reverse a trade or restrict access to correct an error or stop abuse, including trades between linked accounts, without compensation, because the items have no cash value.

Match predictions ("Pick'em")

Predictions let you pick a side in an upcoming match using R-Coins only, at fixed odds set by our own model. This is not a betting market and not a gambling service. Where too few accounts have picked a side, the displayed split may include a ReadyCheck estimate so the percentages stay readable. That estimate is virtual, is never paid out, and is not a pool of money. Results follow real-world data from our providers. Everything settles in R-Coins only, for entertainment, with no cash prize.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: create multiple accounts to farm quests, free packs, or predictions; use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the site; attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the wallet, prediction, or booster systems; scrape or bulk-extract data from the site; or use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users. We may rate-limit, throttle, or block behavior we reasonably believe is automated or abusive.

Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, and reset or forfeit associated R-Coins, packs, or predictions, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the economy, or created risk for others or the platform. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you (for example by email) and state the reason. Serious abuse (fraud, security threats, illegal activity) may justify immediate action.

You may contest a suspension or termination by emailing [email protected]; we will review in good faith within a reasonable time. To delete your account, email [email protected] (see Account deletion in the Privacy Policy). That ends access to any R-Coins balance or card collection tied to it.

Intellectual property

ReadyCheck is an independent fan platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to the publishers, developers or rights holders of the games we cover. Game titles, character names, logos, artwork and related trademarks remain their owners’ property and are used only to identify the game and for news / fan commentary. Nothing on ReadyCheck is an official product, ranking or communication of those companies.

Games currently covered include, without limitation: League of Legends, Valorant and Wild Rift (Riot Games); Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 (Valve); Fortnite and Rocket League (Epic Games / Psyonix); Apex Legends and EA Sports FC / FIFA (Electronic Arts / Respawn); Call of Duty, Overwatch, StarCraft 2 and World of Warcraft (Activision Blizzard / Microsoft); Rainbow Six Siege (Ubisoft); PUBG: Battlegrounds and PUBG Mobile (Krafton / PUBG Corporation); Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (Moonton); Honor of Kings / King of Glory (Tencent / TiMi); Brawl Stars, Clash Royale and Clash of Clans (Supercell). League, team, player and tournament marks belong to their respective organizations.

Competition data on ReadyCheck is aggregated from third-party sources. Those sources are not partners in running your account and do not endorse ReadyCheck: • PandaScore — licensed match, team and player data for titles they cover. • Liquipedia (community wiki / MediaWiki) — tournament, team and player pages we mirror for titles not fully covered by PandaScore, including Apex Legends, Fortnite and World of Warcraft. • Leaguepedia (Fandom / lol.fandom.com) — community League of Legends wiki stats that may enrich LoL match pages. • Raider.IO — World of Warcraft raiding, Mythic+, Arena and Race to World First. • ALGS Tools — Apex Legends Global Series lobby / standings feeds. • BLAST — Rocket League competition data used to fill gaps. • Krafton FOC API and PUBG Mobile esports APIs — PUBG PC and PUBG Mobile competition feeds. • Supercell Event Platform — Brawl Stars, Clash Royale and Clash of Clans official event schedules and results.

ReadyCheck’s own branding, design and software are our property or that of our licensors. Third-party names above are used solely to identify the source or the game.

Rights holders and removal requests

Player cards and entity pages show names, photos and results of real competitors, teams and organizations for news, statistics and fan commentary. All rights in those names, likenesses, logos and trademarks stay with their owners. ReadyCheck is not affiliated with them and is not endorsed by them.

If you are a player, a team, a league, a publisher or a photographer, or you act for one of them, and you want an image, a card or a mention corrected or removed, email [email protected] with the page URL and the change you want. We reply within 7 days. When the request concerns a person's image, we remove the content while we review it. Sending a request does not, by itself, mean that the content was unlawful.

Cosmetic artwork

Frames, backgrounds, borders, effects, badges and the other profile cosmetics are decorations of the ReadyCheck service. ReadyCheck does not claim ownership of them. Many of these images and animations come from Discord, from other websites, or from other third parties. Every right in those works stays with the author or the rights holder. Showing a cosmetic on ReadyCheck does not mean that ReadyCheck created it, owns it, or has a licence to keep it online. It is not a partnership and it is not an endorsement.

A cosmetic gives you no intellectual-property right. Equipping one is only a personal, non-exclusive and revocable permission to display it on your ReadyCheck profile. You do not acquire the file. You cannot sell it. You cannot reuse it outside the site.

We may remove, replace or disable any cosmetic at any time, including immediately and without notice. We do so in particular if a rights holder asks, if the origin is unclear, or if keeping it creates a risk for the publisher or for the people who operate the site. Removal does not create a refund or compensation. Cosmetics have no cash value. They are a perk of the service, not a good you purchase.

If you are a rights holder, or you act for one, and you want a cosmetic taken down, email [email protected] with a description or a link and the change you want. When the request is about a work you say is yours, we take the cosmetic down while we look at the request. Sending a request does not, by itself, mean the content was unlawful.

Your content (profile)

You keep ownership of content you submit (username, display name, bio, avatar you upload if any). By posting it on ReadyCheck you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce that content solely to operate and promote the service. You confirm you have the rights to grant this license. Emailing [email protected] to delete your account removes profile content from active use (backups may persist for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy).

Third-party embeds & links

ReadyCheck may embed live streams and chat from Twitch, Kick, and YouTube, and may link to other third-party sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third parties — your use of an embedded stream or an external link is subject to that platform's own terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

ReadyCheck is provided on a best-effort basis. Live scores and statistics depend on third-party feeds (PandaScore, Liquipedia, Raider.IO, official publisher APIs and other public sources listed under Intellectual property) and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including mandatory consumer guarantees for digital services where they apply, and liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyCheck and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of virtual R-Coins, cards, or prediction history — these have no real-world monetary value and cannot give rise to a financial claim.

To the extent the law allows, the publisher's total liability arising from a supporter plan or any other paid feature is limited to the sums you actually paid ReadyCheck for that plan in the twelve months before the claim. Virtual items cannot found a cash claim. These Terms bind only the publisher of the site. They create no claim against a natural person who designs, develops, moderates or contributes to ReadyCheck, except where a mandatory rule imposes a personal liability that cannot be excluded. Nothing here removes the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services, or liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Complaints & consumer mediation

For any complaint, contact us first at [email protected]. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and a dispute remains unresolved, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Under French law, consumer mediation details will be provided when a mediator is appointed for ReadyCheck; until then, the ODR platform and direct contact remain available.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you're an EU consumer.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ReadyCheck evolves. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where reasonable, notify you on the site (and by email if we have one on file) with reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the site and may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Continued use after the effective date of a material update means you accept the updated Terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Contact us / publisher

ReadyCheck (rdycheck.gg) is the publisher of this site. For questions about these Terms or legal notices, contact [email protected]. Full company registration details (legal form, share capital, RCS/SIREN, registered office, publication director) will be added here once a corporate entity is registered for ReadyCheck; until then, ReadyCheck — reachable at the contact email above — is the publisher and primary point of contact.

A claim about the site is addressed to the publisher at that email. It is not addressed to an individual contributor, except where the law imperatively says otherwise.
