PUBG Mobile esports is run by region. A match is one battle royale game in a shared lobby, and a tournament session is several of those games. Points are placement plus eliminations, summed over the session. There is no best-of series. Regional leagues and qualifiers feed two international stops: a mid-season world cup and the PUBG Mobile Global Championship, which closes the year. Squads are four players. The season is the regional calendar plus those two international events. The winner of an event is the squad with the most points after the last game of the final session. Regional points decide who is invited to those two stops.
