StarCraft II esports schedule and live scores

StarCraft II is a one-versus-one real-time strategy game. Players compete as Terran, Protoss or Zerg. The top of the calendar is a set of premier events, including IEM Katowice and the ESL Pro Tour stops, plus regional leagues such as the GSL in Korea. A match is a series of games, best-of-three in early rounds and best-of-five or best-of-seven in playoffs and finals. Each game is one map from the current pool, with a draft or a veto before the series starts. There is no team score: the player who wins the required number of maps wins the series. The season is the sequence of those premier events, not a single league table, and top players can go weeks between LAN stops.
