Format & how it works
Two cities, two distinct stages:
- Group stage (August 26 – 31 in Copenhagen): two groups of eight in a GSL double-elimination bracket. Every group series is a best-of-three (Bo3).
- Porto playoff qualification (6 teams):
- Group winners (1st place) skip the quarters and go straight to the semifinals.
- 2nd-placed teams enter the quarterfinals as high seeds; 3rd-placed teams enter as low seeds.
- The other five teams in each group are eliminated.
- Playoffs (September 4 – 6 in Porto): single-elimination at Super Bock Arena. Quarterfinals and semifinals are Bo3; the Grand Final is a best-of-five (Bo5).
